The macro correctly generate the list of all the related pages by Title Match but hyperlinks to all the pages are not generated.

The entire generated list of pages is hyperlinked with only one page - the last page in the list.

Further, each page in the generated list is not separated by a paragraph break. So, you cannot assign numbers, bullets or insert spaces between them.
