It looks like it creates a table of one celled tables, each one with the words "Enter task details here" in them.

I don't see any other macros related to 'task cards', so I'm assuming this is some sort of visual layout similiar to the idea of Kanban boards, and you'd have to tag them with Task/ToDo tags for that functionality.
