I tried this macro and for the Scope set to Current Notebook, it does not modify many pages and titles.
Do you experience the same problem ?

Hi there! The Change Font in Selected Scope macro doesn't appear to be working at the moment. After running it, It leaves all my current fonts unchanged. I've uninstalled and re-installed the macro, restarted OneNote, and restarted my computer to no avail.
