This macro has been really useful to me for quickly identifying and organizing iterative versions of draft documents, such as a back-and-forth versions in contract negotiations. The one missing piece of info I'd like to include with the attachment list is to add the date the embedded file was created ([date] - [embedded file name]). I've tried several times without success to learn how to modify the macro to accomplish this. Does anyone know how to do this or have any suggestions? Thanks in advance

This macro hangs during the "Running Macro" popup with a progress bar showing about 10% complete. Onenote is still functional but the "Running Macro" window never goes away until I close One Note. I have nearly 1000 notes across 10+ tabs and perhaps 300 of them with audio recordings attached. If I run macro against a tab of just 5 notes and 1-2 with attachments, it still hangs. Ideas what I'm doing wrong?

This is a great macro. I'm going to use it with the macro called TOC in Current Section to build my weekly status report. I think it will be MUCH easier than the manual way I'm doing it now! I'm going to try to create a new macro based on this called Attachment List in Current Section. I'm not a programmer so I'll probably not be able to figure it out, but I'm going to give it a shot. :) That way, I'll have a list of documents that I worked on as well as the list of pages (meeting notes, project notes, etc.) on the TOC page.

I also get the "XML is valid" message when there are no attachements in the current notbook.
Perhaps this message could be changed to "There are no attachements"?
And it would be good if in this case there is no new page created.

Great app, Chaz. It throws a "XML is invalid" error when there are no attachments in the current notebook, but that doesn't take away from the help it gives me keeping notebooks at a manageable size.
