Wanted to know if there was a macro created that can help with templates.

I have a meeting minutes template within I have added tags to but the tag name is generic: "Add Attachment"
Would like to create template with dynamic text add such that after a page is created from template , the tag text (or any text desired) can be edited to incorporate Page Title. For example:

The  same template tag above would look like: "<text_to_be_added> Add Attachment"

Then if the Page Title was re-named, the tag text would change. SO if I made the Page Title: "2017-07/27: Stock Meeting"

The tag set with  "<text_to_be_added> Add Attachment" would then read:
"2017-07/27: Stock Meeting Add Attachment""

RGreen: This macro is intended to demonstrate how to insert text at the current position using macro language. It is useful if you want to create a macro to insert a certain boilerplate text that you need to insert repeatedly but don't know how to do that with the macro language. You can edit the macro to change the inserted text to customize for your needs.

Could you please be a bit more verbose about the functionality?
