Toggle Tags w/ strikethrough & date completed

Checked tags are disabled, strike-thoughed, & stamped w/ date completed (Only adds complete date to tags not currently disabled). Unchecked tags are enabled & remove strike-through.			Download If this didn't work, get help downloading this macro
