Change Text Color

Change color of all instances of text within the given scope that match the given inputs. Required Inputs: hex code of desired color, Scope, Case sensitivity Optional Inputs: Text to Color, Target Font Name, Target Font Size, Various filters NOTE: Either Text to Color or Target Font Size must be provided, both may also be provided for additional specificity.

Functional with or without "#" before hex color code. Can specify a Font Name now (case insensitive). Can specify various (non-strict) filters based on text-styling. Meaning specifying 2 filters will limit the coloring to text with those specific filters, but will also color text that has other text-styling applied. Example: 2 words are both underlined, but only one is italicized, all of them will be colored so long as either the underline or italic filter is set.

Sorry about that, it seems I actually forgot to submit the change that would allow omitting the "#" I'll submit that now. It should be relatively trivial to add those functionalities but in all honesty it seems unnecessary/not very useful. I think I'll add the "font type" option you mentioned soon.

Thanks, I'm looking forward to the next available update. Are you planning other replacement functionalities like bold, italic etc or font type? An alternative input method for the color (e.g. RGB) would alos be useful.

Thanks for the update: it seems to work now when prefixing w/ the "#" sign; nothing happens when I leave out the "#" sign. I have Onetastic Pro 3.11.0 installed.

@RGreen: If you update to the new version of Onetastic this should now be fully functional with or without putting a "#" in front of the hex color code.

RGreen: as stated it seems like this is an issue with Onetastic itself. Funnily enough, the macro was working fantastically on my home pc for some time, however trying it now seems to cause the issue you mentioned. Sorry for the inconvenience. I made this macro (along with Add Hyperlink to Text) out of necessity so I'm sad to see that it is currently non-functional.

RGreen: Thanks for the report. We checked the crash report and it is a bug in Onetastic. We will fix it in the next update, but here is a workaround: If you use #000000 instead of 000000 for color (always put the # in the front), then you won't hit the crash. You can also use color names like black. Macro is also updated for some other minor issues.

Nice idea, but the macro is constantly crashing my OneNote. I allowed Onetastic to send the crash report to developer.
