Added naive check for hex color code input and updated macro description

April 07, 2018 (77F182) - OmnesPotens
Functional with or without "#" before hex color code. Can specify a Font Name now (case insensitive). Can specify various (non-strict) filters based on text-styling. Meaning specifying 2 filters will limit the coloring to text with those specific filters, but will also color text that has other text-styling applied. Example: 2 words are both underlined, but only one is italicized, all of them will be colored so long as either the underline or italic filter is set.

A way to colour multiple individual words in one go would be useful to me.
