That works!  To anyone reading this later, to get a list of all of your Notebooks, with their full address so you have a backup or to show your IT department when you have sync issues, install and run these two macros:

1.  List Notebooks
2.  Add URL to label of links if missing (any scope)

Can you make a variation of this macro that will list the paths after each link? I am having some sync issues and I want to show the listing to my IT department to help them diagnose which link is bad.

(rather than have to highlight the links and then run a separate macro to alphabetize them)

DrStrangepork: OneNote will convert all links to relative links (as opposed to absolute links) if they are within the same notebook. So the link to the notebook you are running this macro will be relative link. There is no need to worry though, because relative links contain all the information that an absolute link contains and therefore is equally robust when it comes to resolving that link. They are basically equivalent.

I have noticed that the hyperlink for a notebook does not always appear the same. I have four notebooks open, and when I run this macro from within the first notebook, the link for the first notebook is \"onenote:..\\#base-path=...\" where as the links for the other notebooks all start with \"onenote:https://d.docs.live.net/...\". However, when I run this macro from within the second notebook, the links for all notebooks, including the first, start with \"onenote:https://d.docs.live.net/...\".

I\'d rather have the latter be the case 100% of the time. Do you know why/when OneNote will set the link to \"onenote:..\\\" instead of \"onenote:https://\"?

Gotta say I LOVE this macro. I decided to reimage my machine. Before I did I created a page in my Notebook that had all these links. After the reimage, I went to this page to open the previously connected notebooks. Excellent!
