Onetastic and OneCalendar License Terms

These license terms are an agreement between ATAY LLC and you. Please read them. They apply to the software you are downloading from getonetastic.com. The terms also apply to any updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for this software, unless other terms accompany those items. If so, those terms apply.

By using this software and any updates to it, you indicate your acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept these terms, do not install or use the software.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The software (Onetastic for OneNote and OneCalendar) and any updates to it are provided "as is" and you bear the risk of using it. In no event shall ATAY LLC be liable for any consequential, special, incidental or indirect damages of any kind arising out of the delivery, performance or use of this software. This software was written with care, but no one warrants that the software is error-free. Your sole remedy for any failure or any form of damage caused by this software is a full refund of the license fee we have received from you.

Data Collection

On startup, the software anonymously checks for new versions. This cannot be disabled. The software does not collect any other data from you.

Redistribution

You may privately distribute copies of the software to others, so long as this disclaimer accompanies said distribution, you do not represent the software as your own work, and you do not alter the software or the installation package in any way. You may not host or redistribute this software publicly (e.g. from a public Internet site); instead point users to https://getonetastic.com to download. You may not decompile or otherwise reverse-engineer any part of the software or integrate into another product, except and only to the extent that such actions are expressly allowed by applicable law notwithstanding this restriction.

Export Restrictions

The software is subject to United States export laws and regulations. You must comply with all domestic and international export laws and regulations that apply to software. These laws include restrictions on destinations, end users and end use. You expressly agree not to use, deploy, export or re-export the software in or to any country, person, entity or end user subject to U.S. export restrictions. You specifically agree not to export, re-export, or transfer the software to any country to which the U.S. has embargoed or restricted the export of goods or services, including without limitation any country listed in U.S.A. Export Administration Regulation Country Group E-1, or to any national of any such country, wherever located, who intends to transmit or transport the products back to such country, or to any person or entity who has been prohibited from participating in U.S. export transactions by any federal agency of the U.S. government. You warrant and represent that neither the U.S.A. Bureau of Industry and Security, U.S. Department of Commerce, nor any other federal agency has suspended, revoked or denied your export privileges.

You warrant that your use of this software is legal and does not violate any law or regulation to which you are subject.
